About Interactive Books
Books that grow with the reader
Interactive Books is a bookstore and a place to learn. We make books you can read, listen to and play with, written for children and students in Bangladesh, in the language they think in.
We believe a good explanation, a small hands-on model and kind, immediate feedback teach more than a page of notes — and that learning should never come with ads, pressure or public rankings.
One library, four ways to read it
Each reader chooses an age band. The books stay the same quality; the interface adapts how much it helps, how loud the game layer is, and how tests work.
Early readers
Ages 4–7
Big type, pictures on every page, read-aloud on by default, and Poka cheering gently. Short sessions, no timers.
Primary school
Class 1–5
Hands-on models, quick checks with kind feedback, XP and badges for real effort — never for speed alone.
Secondary & HSC
Class 6–12
Syllabus-aligned chapters, board-style practice, formal tests with answer review, and a calmer game layer.
University & adults
18+
Longer reads and practical guides with a clean reader, notes and bookmarks. Game features can be switched off.
Bangla first, not Bangla too
Every screen works fully in Bangla, with properly shaped conjuncts, Bangla numerals and room for vowel signs. Books are written for both languages rather than translated as an afterthought, and a reader can switch language — or narration language — at any time.

How narration is made
Read-along audio is produced and checked before a book is published — never improvised in front of a child.
Demo books here use placeholder system voices
- Step 1
Editors finish the text
Narration is made from the final, reviewed text of each section — Bangla and English separately.
- Step 2
Audio is generated ahead of time
We use text-to-speech voices from Gemini TTS or ElevenLabs, chosen per language, and time each word so the text can highlight along.
- Step 3
A person listens to every section
An editor checks pronunciation, names and numbers, then approves it or sends it back to be re-made.
- Step 4
Only approved audio is published
Nothing is generated live while a child reads. If a section has no approved audio yet, we simply don’t offer narration there.
Children’s privacy comes first
Most of our readers are children. We design every feature as if a parent were reading over their shoulder.
Read the privacy notice- We ask for as little as possible. A student account needs a display name and an age band — no photo, school, phone number or exact birthday.
- No ads, no advertising trackers, and no public profiles or leaderboards.
- Parents link only with a one-time code the child’s account accepts — knowing an email address is never enough.
- Learning data is used to help the learner, never sold. You can ask us to export or delete it.
